Exhibit at Our Conference

The North Wales Annual Autism Conference will host a number of key speaker sessions, creative stream workshops, and will include access to our exhibition arena which incorporates a vast amount of companies showcasing their products and services.  We invite you to join us as an exhibitor at our annual event.  This offers a great promotional opportunity for those wishing to engage and support the Autistic Community.  Exhibiting at our conference shows that an organisation is an advocate of diversity and inclusion.

If you feel that your company offers products or services that may be of interest, then the conference exhibition area offers a unique platform for face-to-face connections which will benefit your company.  Your company's brand will be visible throughout the conference, providing opportunities for delegates to learn more about your organisation.  This is a fantastic way to showcase services or products to a relevant audience.

We make every effort to ensure that exhibitors get valuable face-to-face time with delegates, with well-scheduled breaks between conference sessions.  This will enable you to market your products and services and connect with Autistic individuals, their families and professionals.

Conference doors and registration will open at 7.45am (you will be provided with an e-ticket, please ensure that you bring this with you on the day as this will be needed for registration).

​

The exhibition will be open from 8.30am to 5pm as this will enable members of the public to visit the exhibition area as well as delegates.

​

The cost of a trade stand is as follows:

• Early Bird stands (if booked before 31st July 2019)

• Standard rate after this date will be £250

​

The fees include:

• Exhibition stand plot 5' x 8' and allows space for up to 1 x 6' table & a gap to sit behind with two chairs, or display additional stock

• Refreshments and lunch for two stand representatives

Please note that stand sharing is not permitted.
